In order to sign up for the banner exchange, you must put the provided code on your web site before your banner will be approved. We will not activate your banner if we can not find the OEBE banner exchange code (easily) on your site. You will also need to put the URL to the banner you want put in rotation.

The inspiration behind this banner exchange program is to have a family friendly banner exchange and help support the online evangelism efforts of Ark Webs & Fish the Net. Our members' web sites are family friendly in content and 100% kids safe. Due to the fact that Ark Webs is a Christian Ministry, this program is closed to any religious web sites other than Christian. Note: The OEBE code must be on a page where we can find and verify you are displaying banners where others can see them. If we can not find the OEBE code on your site, your banner will not be put into rotation.

Banners must be 88x31 pixels and no more than 7k. Acceptable file formats are gif. & jpg. It you submit a banner that does not meet the above requirements the account will be deleted without notice.

1.	The OEBE is a free banner exchange for Family Friendly & Christian websites and ministries.
2.	Participation in this banner exchange indicates agreement with our statement of faith.
3.	Your banner will be displayed once on another participating web site for every other banner you show on yours. You will receive 1000 credits when you first sign up.
4.	All banner submissions will go through an approval process before activation and reside on the Ark Webs Server so we know that only good family friendly banners will be shown on your site.
